The printed version of the Rappahannock Record is mailed from the Kilmarnock and surrounding post offices under a Periodicals (Second Class) permit each Thursday morning. Same day delivery in the Northern Neck is usual (but not guaranteed); delivery times in other areas vary based on U.S. Postal Service procedures and cannot be guaranteed.
