HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, December 2, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Kevin M. Dube of Callao pleaded guilty to malicious shooting/throwing at a car and reckless handling of a firearm. He was sentenced to eight years with seven years and seven months suspended. He faces $593 in costs and was placed on five years of supervised probation.
