LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, December 5, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Karyne M. Dubry of Reedville, charged with a felony for violating probation, a trial is to be set January 9.
Nicholas D. Purcell of White Stone, appealing a General District Court misdemeanor conviction for DWI, second offense, made an Alford plea to an amended charge of DWI, first offense. He was referred to the Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) and fined $250.
