Members from Rappahannock Garden Club (RGC) recently put together 27 holiday arrangements in Christmas mugs and 23 designs in bud vases for residents at Commonwealth Senior Living in Kilmarnock, reported RGC member Cathie Elliott. Providing designs for residents at Commonwealth is one of the core projects for RGC.
