KILMARNOCK—Mary Jordan Conway, 73, of Kilmarnock passed away on December 30, 2025, at a Richmond area hospital.
Mary was a retired high school French teacher and member of Kilmarnock United Methodist Church and was very active with the church’s women’s group. She was a 1974 graduate of William and Mary College and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta women’s fraternity.
Mary is survived by her husband of 49 years, McCue Kelley “Mac” Conway; children, James Conway (“ShanShan”) of Roscoe, Ill., and Meg Holsinger (Curt) of Bellevue, Neb.; grandchildren, Erya and Joshua Conway; two brothers, Rich Gregory (Gail Ott) of Charlottesville and John Gregory (Helen) of Lakeville, Mass.; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 14, at Kilmarnock United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of your choice.
