LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 9, with the Hon. John S. Martin presiding.
In the case of Ana C. Carrillo of Dutton, charged with a felony for violating probation, a hearing to appoint counsel was scheduled for February 6.
In the case of Curt Dowdy of Lancaster, charged with a felony for violating probation, the charge was dismissed.
In the case of De’Avion J. Holden of Lancaster, charged with a felony for rape by force/threat; a felony for malicious wounding; a felony for extortion in writing; a misdemeanor for stalking with fear of death/assault; and a misdemeanor for consensual sex with a child age 15 or older; a trial was scheduled for March 20.
