Recent weather-related school cancellations also meant dozens of changes to sports schedules for Northern Neck District teams.
With postseason tournaments quickly approaching, some of those postponements have now become cancellations, according to Lancaster High athletic director Chuck Parrish.
The Northern Neck District wrestling tournament has been cancelled. Instead, district wrestlers will prepare for the Region 1A tournament Saturday, February 7, at Mathews High School.
