First Baptist Church Ministry will host a Black History Month celebration and banquet at 2 p.m. February 28 in the Q.A. Brinkley Banquet Room, First Baptist Church, 3585 Courthouse Road, Heathsville. The program will highlight Black educators through crisis and progress.
