Tea Paw-ty: A howling success!

Despite the cool and cloudy weather, Grace Church in Kilmarnock on March 14 served up a festive St. Patrick’s Day Tea Paw-ty to support the Northern Neck Partners for Pets (NNPP).

The annual tea was coordinated and executed by six tea committee members and featured an assortment of ham biscuits, scones, finger sandwiches, cookies, and, of course, tea. Cowboy, the rescue Beagle and official mascot of the NNPP, greeted the attendees as they arrived, and he enjoyed all the attention he received.

President Terrie Dort gave an update on the status of the no-kill shelter which was under construction at the tea held last year….
