Award-winning guitarist Stephen Bennett will give a concert at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at St. Mary’s Whitechapel Episcopal Church, 5940 White Chapel Road, Lancaster.
The concert will follow an 11:30 church service and be preceded with refreshments in the parish hall at 12:30 p.m..
Bennett has won both the International Finger Style Guitar Championship and the National Flatpicking Guitar Championship, reported Aleta Embrey. He has released 37 albums, including his most recent, “Still Got It.”
Bennett has played a significant role in the renaissance of the harp guitar and is the founder of the annual Harp Guitar Gathering. He has played music throughout the U.S. and internationally
