Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against three individuals.
Felony
Rosa Maria Turner, 60, of Smithfield was charged April 6 with revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on the underlying charge of construction fraud.
Misdemeanors
A Lancaster man, 56, was charged April 10 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle while driver’s license is suspended or revoked, driving a vehicle on a highway recklessly or at a speed or in manner so as to endanger the life, limb or property, and failure to stop at stop sign.
A Weems man, 32, was charged April 11 with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle while driver’s license is suspended or revoked, and reckless driving by driving a vehicle that was not under proper control on a highway.

April 6: Staff responded to the 600 block of Mary Ball Road for a suspicious person, to the 400 block of East Church Street for a single-vehicle traffic crash, to the 900 block of Blueberry Point Road for construction fraud, to the 300 block of Quails Trail for breaking and entering/larceny, to the 100 block of Devils Bottom Road for a suspicious vehicle, to Goodluck Road for a reckless driver, and to the 500 block of Southport Lane for a verbal dispute.
April 7: Staff responded to White Chapel and Mary Ball roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 600 block of Rappahannock Drive for trespassing, and to Merry Point and Devils Bottom roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash.
April 8: Staff responded to the 40 block of Fiddler Crab Lane for suspicious activity, to Courthouse and Davis Mill roads for a disabled vehicle, to Weems and Gaskins roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 11000 block of Courthouse Road for a breaking and entering/larceny, and to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a subject brandishing a firearm.
April 9: Staff responded to the 400 block of Wilson Lane for a wanted person.
April 10: Staff responded to the 200 block of Methodist Church Road for a suspicious person, to the 10000 block of River Road for a scam, to Christ Church and Weems roads for a disabled vehicle, and to River Road for a reckless driver.
April 11: Staff responded to the 300 block of Ottoman Ferry Road for a traffic complaint, and to Lancaster Creek Drive for a juvenile complaint.
April 12: Staff responded to the 100 block of Reynolds Farm Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 100 block of River Bluff Road for suspicious activity, to Morattico Road for a reckless driver, to Goodluck Road for a traffic complaint, to the 1200 block of Lara Road for a disabled vehicle, to the 2000 block of White Chapel Road for a noise complaint, and to the 300 block of Harbour View Drive for an adult welfare check.
Staff also conducted 37 traffic stops, issued 21 summonses, assisted four motorists, recorded two deer strike accidents, handled two requests for traffic control, investigated four building alarms, logged five inmate transports and received nine E911 hang up calls.
Fire calls
Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department responded to a traffic crash on East Church Street, a fire alarm on Boys Camp Road, a brush fire on Wilson Lane, and with Upper Lancaster VFD to a brush fire on Belmont Drive.
Upper Lancaster VFD also responded to traffic crashes at White Chapel and Mary Ball roads and Merry Point and Devils Bottom roads, and a brush fire on Millenbeck Road.
White Stone VFD responded to a traffic crash at Weems and Gaskins roads.
