The gym at Lancaster Elementary School was bursting with creativity as the Lancaster County Public School annual art show, organized by art teachers Marilyn Sprouse and Sarah Weston, took place Friday and Saturday, April 17 and 18.
About 1,000 pieces of student work created during this school year were on display for students, families, school staff and community members to admire.
Artwork was judged by Stephanie Brown and Laura Lee of the RAL Art Center. A Trashion Fashion Show on Friday was judged by Stephanie Green.
Elementary awards
Kindergarten:
• Dimensional honorable mention, Harris Webb.
• Honorable mention, Shaarvi Amin, Calyssa Baldanza, Ashton Owens, Frankie Newsom, Jasmine Smith, Kayceon Johnson, Lucca Marchetti, Nymera Butler, Kendrick “Chase” Coates, Nyla Oates.
