Lancaster County Sheriff Patrick McCranie this week reported charges against five individuals.
Felonies
Donovan Ramon Gregory, 27, of White Stone was charged April 21 with two counts of revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on the underlying charges of grand larceny and manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessing with intent to manufacture, sell, give or distribute a controlled substance.
Jerrick Deion Saunders, 33, of Lancaster was charged April 21 with three counts of revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on felony offenses, one count of revocation of suspension of sentence and probation on misdemeanor offense and trespassing (misdemeanor).
Misdemeanors
A Lancaster woman, 46, was charged April 21 with petit larceny.
A Lancaster woman, 51, was charged April 23 with revocation of suspension of sentence and probation/failure to comply with Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program on the underlying charge of DWI, first offense.
A Weems woman, 31, was charged April 24 with assault and battery a family or household member and violating a provision of a Family Abuse Emergency Protective Order.

April 20: Staff responded to Johns Neck Road for a disabled vehicle, to the 1800 block of Morattico Road for a suspicious person, to Crawfords Comer Road for gunshots, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a civil complaint, and to the 10000 block of White Chapel Road for a verbal disagreement.
April 21: Staff responded to the 20 block of Fourth Street for a domestic assault, to the 12000 block of Mary Ball Road a wanted person, to Belle Isle State Park to assist Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources on a traffic stop, to the 9000 block of Mary Ball Road for a two-vehicle traffic crash, and to Gaskins Road for a wanted person.
April 22: Staff responded to the 100 block of River Bluff Road for an adult welfare check, to Pinckardsville and Crawfords Comer roads for a two-vehicle traffic crash, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for threats, and to Devils Bottom Road for a two-vehicle traffic crash.
April 23: Staff responded to the 18000 block of Mary Ball Road for a verbal disagreement, to the 500 block of White Chapel Road for legal advice, to the 700 block of Corrotoman Drive for harassment, and to the 9000 block of Irvington Road for a domestic disturbance.
April 24: Staff responded to the 100 block of Jeffery Avenue for an adult welfare check, to the 400 block of Twin Branch Road for a domestic disturbance, to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a reckless driver, to the 300 block of Peake Road for fraud, and to the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for debris in the highway.
April 25: Staff responded to the 400 block of Twin Branch Road for a juvenile complaint, to the 13000 block of Mary Ball Road for a disabled vehicle, to the Norris Bridge for a disabled vehicle, and to the 8000 block of Mary Ball Road for a reckless driver.
April 26: Staff responded to the 90 block of Rappahannock Landing for a verbal dispute, to the 900 block of Slabtown Road for an adult welfare check, and to the 800 block of Weems Road for an adult welfare check.
Staff also conducted 29 traffic stops, issued 22 summonses, assisted three motorists, recorded two deer strike accidents, handled a request for traffic control, investigated nine building alarms, processed a mental health order, logged three inmate transports, received 11 E911 hang up calls, and handled three calls for animal control service.
Fire calls
Upper Lancaster Volunteer Fire Department responded to a traffic crash on Mary Ball Road.
Kilmarnock VFD responded to a mutual aid structure fire on Harding Road in Northumberland County, and a traffic crash on Pinckardsville Road.
Northumberland County Sheriff Johnny Beauchamp this week reported charges against 13 individuals.
Felonies
Jaqulyn Deana Waltman, 43, of Callao was charged April 9 with three counts of taking/obtaining credit cards, all felonies. She also was charged with two counts of petit larceny.
Jason Owen Denton Sr., 42, of Callao was charged April 10 with possession of a firearm by a violent felon and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
Robert Norris Bibbens, 42, of Hague was charged April 16 on a capias to show cause issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for showing why his suspended sentence should not be revoked. His original charge was felony grand larceny.
Charles Lewis Elmore, 49, of Warsaw was charged April 18 with a capias to show cause issued by the Northumberland County Circuit Court for showing why his suspended sentence should not be revoked. His original charge was distribution of a controlled substance.
Christopher Newton Lewis, 51, of Warsaw was charged April 20 with two counts of failing to perform construction after being given an advance.
Amber Temmen, 36, of Heathsville was charged April 23 with felony grand larceny.
Dillion Lee Clarkson, 34, of Heathsville was charged April 23 with felony grand larceny.
Misdemeanors
A Heathsville man, 45, was charged April 7 with being drunk in public.
A Hague man, 37, was charged April 15 with three counts of assault and battery. He also was charged with criminal trespassing and damaging property at the Callao Apartments.
A Heathsville man, 39, was charged April 15 with damaging property. He was charged by the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office.
A Callao woman, 25, was charged April 22 with assault and battery of a family member.
A Heathsville man, 55, was charged April 22 with assault and battery of a member.
A Callao man, 48, was charged April 23 on a capias/attachment of the body issued by the Richmond City Juvenile and Domestic Court for failing to pay his child support.
Reminder, those charged with alleged crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
