The Rappahannock Art League will start the New Year with an Adult Paint Night to break up the winter doldrums, reported workshop chairman Cheryl Mihills.
Renate Bumgarner will guide a workshop Friday January 20, at the Studio Gallery, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The “Painting with a Happy Brush” exercise will focus on painting a fun, brightly colored fish, said Mihills.
Get a group together and come paint from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., she said. Snacks will be provided and participants may bring a favorite libation.
