Afton United Methodist Church, 5130 Hacks Neck Road, Ophelia, recently announced a new musical worship and praise service from 6-7 p.m. Sunday, October 24.
The service is normally held every fifth Sunday, but has been rescheduled due to Halloween. Afton will have a worship service and participants will select their favorite songs, reported Joyce Jett. They will take all hymn and uplifting song requests.
