Ally Biddlecomb, 16, a junior at Northumberland High School, has been named the teen board member at the Reedville Fishermen’s Museum (RFM).
Biddlecomb will attend museum board of directors meetings “with a voice, but not a vote,” said executive director Shauna McCranie. “It’s great experience for them to serve on a board and see how a board works.”
Biddlecomb will serve as a liaison to other youths to help with projects at RFM. She said she has volunteered there for several years, such as helping at the Oyster Roast and the Fourth of July activities. A lifelong Reedville resident, she is surrounded by several generations….
