Susan Anthony-Tolbert’s latest book, Adrienne: La Fayette’s Sweet Fire, has been accepted by the American Library in Paris, France for its collection.
Anthony-Tolbert has received notification that it is being considered for the American Book Award which will be announced in November in Paris.
While Marquis de La Fayette is well known in American history, his wife of more than 30 years has not received much attention. Hopefully this book will be one of the remedies of that oversight, said Anthony-Tolbert.
