KILMARNOCK—There is nothing “regular” about the upcoming election because, in addition to choosing candidates, voters will be able to choose the day and manner of casting their ballot, as long as it’s on or before Election Day, November 3.
Most importantly, this election marks the first time for early voting. Beginning next Friday, September 18, and continuing through October 31, voters in Lancaster and Northumberland counties will be able to vote in person at the voter registrars’ offices, just as if it were Election Day.
