Ye Olde Book Shoppe, 7072 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, recently announced a Back to School Book Sale for Teachers.
The sale opened Wednesday, August 13, and will continue through September 30. Teachers are encouraged to fill a large paper bag for $5, reported Northumberland Public Library director Jane Blue.
The store supports the library.
Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays and 10a.m.-noon Saturdays. Wednesday hours will be extended from August 20 through September 24, offering extra sale hours for teachers.
