WEEMS—Barbara Pates Frisbie, 81, of Weems passed away August 6, 2022.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Norman Rickard Frisbie; sons, William Frisbie and Norman R. Frisbie Jr.; and four grandchildren.
She was executive director for 13 years for the Virginia Foundation of Independent Colleges and a Docent for the Kreeger Museum, Washington, D.C.
Currie Funeral Home LLC of Kilmarnock handled the arrangements.
