HEATHSVILLE—Barry Milton Carter, 66, of Heathsville passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026. He was born on March 15, 1960, in Richmond.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton J. and Ida F. Carter.
He is survived by his son, Brian Milton Carter Sr.; his grandson, Brian Milton Carter Jr.; his great-granddaughters, Kylie Lynn and Kaylie Mae Carter; and his siblings, Brenda Welborn (Rick) and Darlene Griffith (Dave).
A family graveside memorial service will be held at Wesley Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Weems, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 19.
Currie Funeral Home LLC of Kilmarnock handled the arrangements.
