Beginner’s luck

Tripp Moncure, 10, bagged this 22-pound turkey with 10-inch beard and 1-inch spurs, on his first ever hunt on youth day with his .410 and grandfather, Martin Hinson, in the Farnham area of Richmond County. A head shot at 10 yards downed the gobbler 10 minutes after shooting time. Talk about beginner’s luck!
