Bessie Brown steps into expanded leadership role at Rappahannock General

Bon Secours recently announced a leadership transition at Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH).

Alan Bailey, who has served as vice president and administrator at RGH since 2021, has been promoted to vice president of the Imaging Service Line for Bon Secours Richmond. In this new role, Bailey will oversee imaging services across the Richmond market.

Bessie Brown has been promoted to vice president of nursing and hospital administrator at RGH. Brown, who has served as vice president of nursing, will now assume expanded responsibilities……
