HEATHSVILLE—The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) recently announced the public launch of its “Building Great Futures in Northumberland County Capital Campaign,” with a goal of raising $4.4 million.
This pivotal campaign will fund the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the club facility at 8200 Northumberland Highway in Heathsville. The plan includes renovating the existing 5,600-square-foot facility and adding 10,000 square feet, which will encompass program spaces such as music, career counseling and art; a gymnasium, and outdoor play areas and sports fields. Additionally, the expansion will feature age-specific spaces for teens and youth, and community meeting spaces for both small and large events.
