President Joe Biden’s new $2 trillion infrastructure plan has reignited a spark among area residents who have been vocal about replacing the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge for the past several years.

Steve Bonner of Kilmarnock, founder and operator of the Facebook group “Replace the Robert O. Norris Bridge,” recently wrote to multiple government officials to bring awareness to the current state of the structure in hopes….
