Bon Secours recently announced the retirement of vice president administrator for Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH) Lisa Heishman, RN, BSN, MHA, and welcomed new RGH administrator J. Alan Bailey, CRA.
Heishman has served RGH since 2018, and has made a significant impact on the hospital, the health system and both the Rappahannock and Richmond communities. She has helped to develop many improvements at the facility including furthering the Mission of Bon Secours and most recently leading the facility in its COVID-19 response.
“Lisa’s more than 30 years of rural health care experience has been instrumental to the success of several major projects and initiatives at RGH during her tenure,” said Leigh Sewell, president, RGH and Memorial Regional Medical Center.
