During the last week of its Summer Program, the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) offered members a Drone Camp at Dream Fields near Kilmarnock.
Suzanne Novak, president of ERUdyne Inc., organized the workshop and supplied six instructors from her company to assist.
For four days, 11 youth—including three from BGCNN’s newest unit in Northumberland County—were immersed in next generation technology: Drones, reported BGCNN publications coordinator Tina Hagen. The kids learned how to build a drone, fly it and run it through obstacle courses to test their agility.
