Brian E. Clark

AYLETT—Brian Eugene Clark, 53, of Aylett, passed away at his family home after a long courageous battle with cancer on Monday, December 13, 2021. He managed the sawmill at O’Malley’s Lumber Company and was known for his hard work.

Brian loved camping, the Dallas Cowboys, mustangs, cooking and more than anything, his family. 

 Brian leaves behind his wife of 30½ years, Lois Clark of Aylett; his daughters, Brandi (Landon), Tiffany and Samantha Clark of Aylett; two brothers, Daniel Clark of Louisiana and Glenn (Amy) Clark of Ophelia; and one sister, Brenda Wood of Ophelia.  

 He is preceded in death by his parents, Clara A. Clark and Marshall G. Clark; and brother, Wesley Clark. 

 A celebration of life will be held at noon on Saturday, January 8, at Edgewater United Methodist Church. The family would like to thank Dr. Kumar Abhishek’s office, the Hanover Outpatient Infusion Center and the Bon Secours Hospice team for all of their help as well as the countless others who sent cards, food, visited and helped with Brian’s care.
