Amy Groh Britt of Specials Wine Seller, 52 South Main Street, Kilmarnock, recently completed the International Wine Guild’s Level III Advanced Food and Wine Pairing Course held in Denver, Colo.
The course, taught by Claude Robbins, GWM, MWE, was designed to teach a sophisticated technique used to pair wines with any food.
