LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Broadband Authority (LCBA) recently hired consultant Nicholas Pascaretti as executive director. He began his new assignment at the beginning of April.
Pascaretti is highly qualified and experienced, said chairman Cassie Thompson. He has a proven track record in the design, deployment, construction, operations and maintenance of broadband systems. He possesses strong project management, administrative and organizational skills.
Pascaretti served from 2008-17 as the executive director of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Broadband Authority. He was an original member of that authority….[to-view-more]
