The Tavern Café at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville, will offer a menu from the country’s past from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. January 23-25.
The public is invited to enjoy Kentucky Burgoo, a stew made with a combination of meats and vegetables; corn chowder; Sally Lunn bread; and Abraham Lincoln’s almond cake, reported Corinne Anthony Becker.
