Quilters and sewists are urged to make quilt tops and placemats for community residents at Community Sew-cials from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesdays, July 18 and 25, at Irvington Baptist Church (IBC), 53 King Carter Drive, Irvington.
On July 18, participants will make quilt tops for Sewlovelee’s quilt drive for children served by The Haven. On July 25, participants will make placemats for Meals on Wheels.
Registration is required and a fee of $10 is collected to compensate IBC for the use of the parish hall.
