COVID-19 did not stop Campbell Memorial Presbyterian Church from providing 89 requested Thanksgiving meals to folks in the community who needed them. The church used the same system that has been growing for 40 years and adapted it to meet current restrictions.
Socially distanced, masked, gloved and given a temperature test, small teams met at separate times Tuesday and Wednesday to make green bean casserole, Ambrosia salad and mashed potatoes. Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury donated turkey, stuffing and gravy.
