The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck recently announced Jamea Carter is the Employee of the Month for July.
Carter has worked at the Boys & Girls Club in Kilmarnock as the education director since November of 2022. She was nominated as Employee of the Month because of her commitment to personal and professional growth and for her dedication to the CareerLaunch program for teens this summer.
“The CareerLaunch Program has not only enriched my own journey but has also positively impacted the lives of the 16 teens who committed to the program this summer,” said Carter.
