The fifth annual Earth Day Festival will be held from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, April 20, in conjunction with the Heathsville Farmers Market at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
Hosted by the Northumberland Association for Progressive Stewardship (NAPS), the Earth Day Festival will feature environmental exhibits and activities to celebrate nature and stewardship, reported Gena McKinley. The event is free and open to the public.
