The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and dinner will be held September 17 at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club, 362 Club Drive, Kilmarnock. The theme will be “Blue Jeans and Bling.”
The chamber will honor Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury chief executive officer Stuart Bunting as the Business Person of the Year and PRIMIS Bank vice president Andrea Banks as the Chamber Volunteer of the Year, said Chamber executive director Anne Paparella.
