Chesapeake Academy has five new board members

Chesapeake Academy board chairman Michele T. Faulkner recently announced the 2019 class of freshman trustees.

Martha Little will contribute her wealth of non-profit experience to the bard. Little is deputy director of stewardship for the Virginia Outdoor Foundation, said Faulkner.

Drew Ransone, a Chesapeake Academy alum, manages Ransone’s Nursery and has started his own business, Chesapeake Tree Service. Ransone has served as the president of the Rappahannock Home Builders Association and on the alumni council at Christchurch School, said Faulkner.

Dr. Debbie Newman, a pharmacist with Bon Secours Hospital in Kilmarnock, rejoins the board of trustees after many years. Newman is active in the Northern Neck community…
