Chesapeake Bank recently announced the promotion of Thomas Richardson to senior vice president and senior credit officer.
Richardson has been serving Lancaster, Northumberland and Middlesex counties from the Kilmarnock office as a commercial and residential lender. He will now oversee the entire bank’s loan portfolio, setting the standards to meet lending objectives and managing overall loan quality.
