The 39th annual Lighted Kilmarnock Christmas Parade is canceled for tonight, December 8, due to the weather. According to deputy town manager Susan Cockrell, the parade will not be rescheduled. “We are heartbroken to have to make this decision but feel it is in the best interest for our participants and viewers,” she said. Santa will also not be at the Kilmarnock Firehouse.
