The Church of Deliverance, 3734 Mary Ball Road, Lively, will celebrate its 55th homecoming and church anniversary on September 17 at 1 p.m. along with pastor Donald O. Conaway’s 24th pastoral anniversary.
The Sunday service will be the finale to a three-day revival on September 13, 14 and 15. The guest speaker for Sunday will be the Rev. Kimberly Baker Glenn of Grace Episcopal Church in Kilmarnock, with the Joyful Noise Community Choir. A reception will immediately follow the service.
