The RAL Art Center recently announced the return of classes, starting with award-winning Richmond artist, Thomas Bradshaw, teaching a two-day “Expressive Oil Painting” class April 26 and 27 in the Pike Studio at RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Bradshaw recently was awarded second-place for Abstract in the BoldBrush Painting Competition, according to workshop team leader Cheryl Mihills.
