RICHMOND—Jackson Custer Reavill passed away peacefully on January 22, 2019 in Richmond. He was 78.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at Wicomico Parish Church, 5191 Jessie Ball duPont Highway, Wicomico Church.
A reception will follow at Hills Quarter Community Center, 723 Old St. Johns Road, Irvington.
