Colonial tavern fare fundraiser to return to Historic Christ Church

Holiday visitors and residents can spend a bit less time cooking and more time enjoying outdoor activities on July 2 with delicious and healthy meals-to-go ordered in advance from the Foundation for Historic Christ Church (FHCC).

Each meal will consist of salmagundi, what is effectively a colonial period chef’s salad, found in Hannah Glasse’s cookbook of 1734.
