The 22nd annual Festival of the Trees (FOT) will begin with a community open house from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, December 5, at the Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B. Graham Court, Kilmarnock.
A collection of themed Christmas trees decorated by businesses and organizations will be the main feature, reported community development specialist Tom Martin. Money raised from auctioning these decorations will support the Guardian Program, which makes YMCA activities and services available to those unable to pay standard fees.
