COMPASS officially opens

The COMPASS Entertainment Complex, 100 Entertainment Drive, Irvington, officially marked its grand opening September 4 with a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony. From left are Liam Hubbard, owners Julien Patterson and Terri Wesselman, and general manager Paul Kuhns. The 28,000 square-foot complex  features six cinemas, a restaurant, arcade, miniature golf course, go-karts, batting cage, indoor climbing walls, and ropes course with a zip line. The complex is open from 4-9 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; noon-11 p.m. Fridays; 10 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturdays and noon-9 p.m. Sundays. Photo by Lisa Hinton-Valdrighi
