KILMARNOCK—The Town of Kilmarnock is gearing up for some busy weeks ahead commercially, said economic development committee chair Kylie Abbott during the Monday, April 17, council meeting.
Abbott informed council of several upcoming promotions as well as business openings in the days ahead.
According to Abbott, the town’s promotional “Spring into Kilmarnock” series will wrap up with an Artfully Crafted event Saturday, April 29.
She also said several new businesses are coming to town, including a new restaurant, 36 North, at the former Thai Pot site on Main Street. The Dairy Queen also will soon wrap up construction, she said.
