Bay Aging recently named David Fols the new director of Bay Transit.
Fols replaces Ken Pollock, who will retire effective February 14 following more than 20 years of distinguished service. Fols formerly served as Bay Transit fleet manager for nearly 12 years.
Bay Aging conducted a national search in advance of Pollock’s retirement, said resident and chief executive officer Kathy Vesley.
“Transit director is one of the most challenging roles at Bay Aging. Our transit division serves 3,000 square miles – that’s bigger than the state of Delaware,” said Vesley.
