KING WILLIAM—David P. Beck, 81, of King William passed away on November 11, 2022. He was born on August 27, 1941, to Earl and Phyllis Beck of Richmond.
David was a kind, gentle and loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Linda; son, Keith; daughter, Shelley Beck Whiteside (Kyle); grandchildren, Nicholas and Joshua Beck (Kayla), and Brent, Bailey and Brady Whiteside; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Emily, Macee and Grayson Beck.
David owned Dave’s Upholstery in Mechanicsville and upon retirement, he and Linda moved to Morattico. He became a park ranger for Belle Isle State Park for 15 years.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Morattico on Thursday, November 17.
