Senior Martez Davis, who helped lead Lancaster to the Northern Neck District regular season title and a home berth in the Region 1A tournament with a 15-5 record, was chosen as the district’s player of the year by coaches last week. Davis received the honor following last week’s district tournament championship at Lancaster.
He averaged 15.5 points and shot 70.5% from the foul line, playing in all of Lancaster’s 20 games this season…
