OCRAN—Dennis C. George Jr., 57, of Ocran passed away on August 30, 2020. He was a life member of White Stone Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Tina B. George; children, Denny George III (Jill) of White Stone, Ashley George (Billy) of Gloucester and Joseph George of White Stone; two stepchildren, Jonathan Seal of Florida and Amber Seay of White Stone; two grandsons, Nathan and Brayden; brother, James S. George (Hope) of White Stone; uncles, Ronnie Sheppard (Anita) of White Stone and Ted “Stormy” George of White Stone; three aunts, Myrteen George of Florida, Janet Schneider (Ben) of Florida and Paulette Campbell of White Stone; numerous nieces and nephews and two very special friends, Harmon C. Treakle Jr. of White Stone and Wayne George of White Stone.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dennis C. George Sr. and Ann S. George; and a sister, Beth G. Simmons.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 4, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock.
